夏恩国 Scott Sykes

Scott has a proven track record in corporate communications, technology marketing, crisis and issues management, strategic counseling, event management and new media. Currently, Scott provides strategic counsel to a portfolio of world-renown brands, including Microsoft, Symantec, Honeywell, Canon, Hitachi, Honeywell, Nortel and VeriSign. Before joining Weber Shandwick, Scott was with IBM for seven years. Scott led public relations strategy and execution for IBM business units including software, services, research and microelectronics. 

Prior to IBM, Scott led technology client work at three PR agencies -- Brodeur Porter Novelli, Creamer Dickson Basford and Allison Hull and Malnati. Clients included IBM, Comsat, Panasonic and GE. 

He has a bachelor of business administration degree with a specialty in marketing, from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
