Strategic Councel

Weber Shandwick develops and implements communication programs, aimed at attracting and retaining the right stakeholders to support our client’s position in the marketplace. Strong positioning, together with clear and concise messages targeted to the right audiences support the value of the business.

Initial Public Offerings (IPOs)

Such programs include overall positioning, relationship building with financial analysts and financial media (meetings, releases), road shows (national, regional and international) and internal communications.

After Market

All listed companies need constant communications support in order to maintain and build corporate reputation and share value. This often involves the careful handling of sensitive information. Communication tools include perception audits, financial analysts meetings, press meetings, releases, general meetings, quarterly results, annual reports and company websites.

Strategic Media Relations

Creating contacts and educating journalists on the characteristics of a client company’s market and products are essential. Through Weber Shandwick’s network, we can ensure meaningful relationships with key local and international publications.

Special Programs

Weber Shandwick also offers merger and acquisition counsel, issues management and crisis communication, and training.
