The firm’s China operations are strongly connected with Weber Shandwick’s offices around the world through the regional and global clients the firm serves on a daily basis. Staff

The majority of our staff are Chinese nationals, however, Weber Shandwick also currently employs staff from Malaysia, Singapore, and the United States. Weber Shandwick is committed to continually creating new professional development programs designed to facilitate best-in-class training and education; we invest an average of 48 hours (or 6 working days) of training for each individual staff member per year.

The senior management team in China consists of David Liu (managing director, China; chairman, Taiwan), Darren Burns (managing director, Shanghai and Guangzhou) with additional support from a total of eight directors. The combined professional experience of this management team exceeds 100 years and encompasses experience on the ground in Asia, Europe and the United States.
